Kim Zolciak faces Target lawsuit

Kim Zolciak has been ordered to pay off a small balance that had built up on her account and officially settle her Target credit card bill, according to an order from a judge who ruled in favor of the retail mogul’s lender.

according to TMZZolciak, 46, has been ordered by the court to pay the $2,482.24 balance that accumulated on the card, and she must also pay more than $100 in court costs.

Zolciak was sued last year by Target National Bank, which was seeking repayment of the card.

She reportedly never responded to the lawsuit, and a Georgia judge issued a default judgment.

The decision was handed down in March by a judge representing Target National Bank, the bank that handles the store’s credit card services.

according to TMZ It was reported last year that Kim stopped making payments on the card in 2022, with her last payment being due to be made for $500 in September 2022. She reportedly first opened the card in 2007.
