Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are working to resolve their marital issues and remain on good terms.
Although the two are currently living apart, they still manage to meet up two or three times a week in between their busy schedules.
“They still get along well and see each other every few days,” a source close to Lopez, 54, said. He told people on tuesday.
The couple met over the weekend at their 43,000-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills, California, which was recently listed for sale for “approximately $65 million” despite being purchased last year.
On Sunday, the “Good Will Hunting” star was photographed arriving at the home around 5 p.m., then leaving nearly four hours later without his wife.
The 51-year-old actor moved into the Brentwood home in mid-May and has reportedly been house hunting in Los Angeles since then.
A source previously told Page Six that Affleck has “come to his senses” about his unhappy marriage and is ready to move on.
“If there was a way to divorce him on the grounds of temporary insanity, he would,” our source said. “He feels like the last two years have been just a fever dream and now he’s come to his senses and realizes this is never going to work.”
While Affleck is “saddened” that things didn’t work out, sources say he’s reportedly “focused on his work” and is a “great father” to three children he has with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. He told Entertainment Tonight.
Meanwhile, Lopez is reportedly getting ready to move into her own residence.
The “Jenny from the Block” singer recently “started looking for her own home” and is “relying on her family” during this difficult time.
“At this point, they’re just doing what they want to do,” a source told ET on Monday. “They went into the relationship very optimistic and thought things might change, but that hasn’t happened.”
The estranged pair remain on good terms, but were last seen together in public on June 2 at Affleck’s son Samuel’s basketball game.
However, the pair kept their affectionate private while exchanging greetings outside a sporting event, opting for an air kiss on the cheek rather than an actual kiss.
Bennifer fans love it too…
Just days earlier, the couple, who married in July 2022 after a year of dating, had also attended Affleck’s daughter Violet’s graduation party together.
His “Gigi” co-stars and Affleck’s mother, Anne Bolt, were photographed entering the event carrying large gifts for the graduates.
However, the pair left the party just an hour later and went their separate ways.
