Kansas City Chiefs players, coaches, owners, family and friends gathered at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City on Thursday for a special ceremony where the team’s Super Bowl championship rings were unveiled.

The ring is studded with 529 diamonds, 38 rubies and 14.8 carats of precious stones. The striking piece also features numerous nods to the franchise’s history. The ring features the Chiefs’ arrowhead logo in the center, with the word “WORLD” engraved on the left side of the ring and “CHAMPIONS” engraved on the right side.

However, photos posted by the team on their social media platforms showed a small typographical error on the meticulously crafted championship ring.

The Chiefs have won three of the last five Super Bowls, including a 25-22 overtime win over the San Francisco 49ers in February. The final score of the game will be displayed on the ring.

The inside of the ring displays the scores of other playoff games the Chiefs have won during the recent postseason, as well as the playoff seeding of the opposing teams.

Kansas City defeated the AFC No. 1 seed Baltimore Ravens and the NFC No. 1 seed 49ers on their way to the championship.

Star quarterback Patrick Mahomes has helped the Chiefs win the past two Super Bowls, but he’s already in the running to win another Vince Lombardi Trophy.

Speaking with Logan Paul on the “Impaulsive” podcast last month, Mahomes reiterated his belief that the team will again be a championship contender next season.

“Next year in New Orleans, we’re going to do it again,” he declared. “Put it on the table. We’re going to do it again. I’m telling you right now.”
