Lenny Kravitz lit up the stage at MediaLink and iHeartMedia’s annual executive dinner held at the luxury Hotel du Cap on Tuesday night during Cannes Lions.
The legendary rocker performed a string of hits including “American Woman,” “Fly Away” and “TK421.”
The star-studded event, held in Cannes, France, was attended by many celebrities, including Paris Hilton and her husband Carter Reum, Jessica Alba, Jay Shetty, Anthony Anderson, and Sophia Bush and her girlfriend Ashlyn Harris.
iHeart Media CEO Bob Pittman described Kravitz as someone who started out as a “monster” and “just got bigger and bigger.”
Kravitz took to the stage in his trademark leather pants and net shirt, which he concealed under a denim jacket.
The 60-year-old crooner performed for about an hour in front of media figures including Kara Swisher, Joanna Coles and Andrew Ross Sorkin, as well as NTWRK CEO Aaron Levant, whose brand Complex hosted a dinner with pop star Camila Cabello on Monday night.
Cabello, 27, took to the stage at L’Ecrin Plage the night before, performing acoustic versions of her hits “I Luv It,” “He Knows” and “Never Be the Same.”
“Everybody, enjoy Cannes!” she shouted to the audience before leaving the stage.
That same evening, the “Havana” singer revealed that her new blonde hairstyle, which she debuted in February, was inspired by artists like Madonna and David Bowie.
“Always keep it fresh for people,” she said of what she learned from her predecessors.
Cabello also said she’s not worried about alienating fans with her new look.
“I believe that as long as I’m being myself, they’ll know me and love me,” she said.
The annual advertising festival will take place from June 17th to 21st.
