Left-wing fascists in London have begun attaching QR codes to statues of prominent people, listing their “unacceptable opinions.”
“A QR code has been added to Virginia Woolf’s statue explaining her ‘imperialist attitudes and offensive opinions'” Reports London Telegraph.
This fascistic rewriting of history is being undertaken by Labour’s Camden Council in London in a bid to “address the links between local monuments and ‘racism, slavery and imperialism'”.
When scanned, the QR code reveals a “lengthy description” of Woolf’s “diary pages and letters” which contain “challenging” views that are “unacceptable.” [and] “She made offensive statements and portrayals about race, class and ability that would be unacceptable today. For example, she once wore blackface, proving that she was “a product of the imperialist attitudes of her time.”
Additionally, Woolf used the word “nigger” in her work and once wrote in her personal diary that someone’s skin was “black as an ape’s.”
Wolf is not the only historical figure being judged by ultra-moral leftists who think it’s OK to “abort” babies born alive and harm young children to appease their transgender overlords.
This pedantic, personal attack is called “RePresenting Bloomsbury” and aims to ensure that “public monuments and the individuals they commemorate are subject to condemnation and judgement from a ‘multiple and diverse perspectives'”.
These perspectives include “not only discriminatory thoughts and actions but also positive contributions to society.”
“Philosopher Bertrand Russell has also been caught up in the statue overhaul with his QR code,” the report adds. “His early views on empire and race, which he later repudiated, are told through his memorial in Red Lion Square.”
Holy crap…this is what happens when you elect and appoint losers who can’t accomplish anything and can only show themselves off by putting others down.
No one would defend any of this behavior, but the very idea that these arrogant fascists would take Virginia Woolf, a woman who lived for 59 years, and demand that we define her by a single sentence from her diary, is an obscenity against truth, common sense, and humanity.
No one but Christ could survive such detailed scrutiny: not Ghandi, not Martin Luther King, not Barry Obama… not anyone, certainly not me, not you, and certainly not these fascist do-gooders.
All this does is destroy the past, tarnish our symbols, and turn people against the moral miracle that is Western civilization, which has done more than any other civilization to end slavery, intolerance, and poverty, but which is nowhere near that.
These are the people who want to replace our civilization with a proven horror show of oppression, hunger and despair.
