The criminal investigation into Matthew Perry’s death may also include information from Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller.

Sources told InTouch Weekly that Mueller, 46, has been questioned “multiple times” about Perry’s October death.

Authorities reportedly tried to contact Mueller at the sober living facility where she was staying, but she was not there when officers arrived with a search warrant last month.

A source told the outlet that Mueller was “out for a workout” at the time but was “fully cooperative” when he returned.

“She has hired an attorney and has met with police multiple times since they arrived at her sober living facility with a search warrant. She is remaining tight-lipped about the situation,” the source said.

“It’s hard to say or even know exactly what her role is. [in Matthew’s death]But she denies she has anything to do with it.”

Authorities reportedly seized Mueller’s iPhone and laptop. The nature of the relationship between the two is unclear, but sources say Mueller met the late “Friends” star “at a rehab facility,” where they “developed an unexpected friendship.”

Mueller and Sheen were married for three years before divorcing in 2011. Recently, a judge ruled that Sheen would get full custody of their twin sons if Mueller failed a drug and alcohol test. The two have joint custody, but the twins primarily live with Sheen.

Los Angeles Police Department Officials confirmed to Fox News Digital that there remains an active criminal investigation into Perry’s death.

Although he had last received medical treatment more than a week before his death, the coroner determined that “ketamine has a half-life of less than three to four hours, so any ketamine remaining in his system at the time of his death was not from intravenous therapy.”
