CNN flash poll shows Trump as clear winner of first presidential debate: ‘Stunning number’

A preliminary CNN poll conducted after Thursday night’s presidential debate showed former President Trump winning by a landslide over President Biden.

According to a CNN poll released during the broadcast, 67% of debate viewers felt that Trump won the debate, while 33% thought Biden won the debate.

CNN Poll A survey conducted after the final debate of the 2020 presidential election found that 53% of viewers felt Biden had won, while 39% said Trump had won.

The majority of social media users, including liberal commentators, seemed to agree with the CNN poll.

Biden made a surprising omission while claiming that no soldiers had been killed “anywhere in the world” during his term.

“This debate was a complete disaster for Biden,” said former CNN commentator Chris Cillizza. I wrote to X.

“He looked old. His answers were interrupted a lot. It was hard to understand what he was saying. He would stop mid-sentence and go on to something else. I didn’t realize he was so awful. It’s amazing, really.”

Mr Biden’s team rejected the notion that he had lost the debate, including Vice President Kamala Harris, who told CNN he “started slow but finished strong”.
