He made his QMJHL debut last season and appeared in 68 games with the Baie Comeau Drakkar, recording 22 goals, 40 assists and eight points in 17 playoff games.
He described himself as a defensive center with good offensive tools who can make plays, is strong on the forecheck and faceoffs.
The Rangers traded the 127th pick and a 2026 seventh-round pick to the Predators on Saturday to move up in the draft to select him.
Nathan Aspinall

Coming into his second season in the Ontario Hockey League, Aspinall set career highs in goals (18), assists (16), points (34) and games played (65).
A powerfully built forward who is said to have excellent presence in front of the goal and playmaking ability.
He plays for the Flint Firebirds, the same team Brennan Osman played for from 2019-2023.
Rico Gredig

Gredig has competed in the Swiss Elite Junior League with Davos U20 the past two seasons, totalling 13 goals and 21 assists in 42 games, and is set to return for the 2024-25 season.
He played five games for Switzerland at the 2024 World Junior U-20 Championship, recording one assist.
Gredig made his National League debut last season and racked up two goals, two assists and six penalty minutes in 28 games.
