A Georgia couple has been arrested after they allegedly tried to solicit a man online to have sex with their 2-year-old daughter, police said.
Ashley Crowley, 26, and James Tripp, 29, were arrested Wednesday, Grovetown police said in a news release.
Crowley was charged with two counts of child sexual abuse and one count of violating the Computer/Electronic Pornography and Child Exploitation Prevention Act of 2007, while Tripp was charged with one count of attempted incest and one count of attempted child sexual abuse.

Police said they received information that the two suspects were using the online chat platform MeetMe to find a man to have sex with their two-year-old daughter.
During the investigation, police found that Crowley was producing sexually explicit “content” and selling it on multiple online apps, some of the videos featuring Crowley’s children, including one as young as two, whom he knowingly included in order to make money from them.
Police said they also discovered Tripp had planned to have sex with Crowley’s 2-year-old daughter and had asked for Crowley’s permission.

All children were removed from the home and turned over to the Department of Family and Children Services.
Crowley and Tripp were booked into the Columbia County Jail, and additional charges are expected to be filed against both men.
