A new poll released over the weekend shows former President Trump leading President Biden by four points in Michigan.

of EPIC-MRA poll, The poll, released Saturday, found that if Trump and Biden faced off, 49% of respondents said they would vote Republican, while 45% said they would vote Democrat.

The survey, which has a margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points, was conducted between June 21 and June 26, just days before Biden’s debate performance was heavily criticized.

When third-party candidates are considered, approval ratings for Trump and Biden drop slightly: Trump to 41% and Biden to 38%.

Of the 600 people surveyed, 42% identified as Democrats, 42% as Republicans, and 13% as independents.

Pressure mounts on Democrats in battleground states after Biden debate disaster

The poll was released over the weekend and was overshadowed by Thursday’s presidential debate, which sent even enthusiastic Biden supporters into panic mode about whether Biden can beat Trump in November.

Many have called for Biden to resign, but there is no indication he has any intention of doing so.

A CNN/Ipsos poll conducted on Friday showed Trump winning the debate clearly.
