Donald Trump outperformed Joe Biden in the second quarter.

Trump has raised $331 million, compared to Joe Biden’s $264 million.

The Trump campaign also announced it had $284.9 million in cash on hand, more than the $240 million Joe Biden reported having.

The Associated Press reported:

Donald Trump’s campaign said it raised $331 million in the second quarter of this year, outfunding President Joe Biden’s campaign.

The figure exceeds the $264 million that Biden’s reelection campaign and the Democratic National Committee reported raising for the same period on Tuesday, eliminating Biden’s financial advantage and potentially undermining his efforts to ease anxiety within his party following his disastrous performance in last week’s debate, which prompted calls for him to step aside.

Trump’s total also includes the $111.8 million his campaign said he raised in June, less than the $127 million Biden reported raising last month, which included more than $33 million raised the day of and after the debate.

However, the Trump campaign reported a cash balance of $284.9 million at the end of the quarter, while the Biden campaign reported $240 million.
