A parody social media account dubbed “Gaza’s Chief Rabbi” claimed another victim of the progressive “Squad,” tricking the team of Rep. Cori Bush (D-Missouri) into bragging about a potential event with a fake rabbi.
President Bush’s reelection campaign was considering a fundraiser with “Fabi Linda Goldstein,” a parody X-account that posts anti-Israel rhetoric to bait progressives, according to a report. New York Post.
The parody account reached out to Bush’s team on June 23 with the idea of collaborating on the fundraising, telling the congressman’s office that their congregations had been evacuated from Gaza following the Israeli invasion on October 7.
The House Democrat is the first member of the division to lose a primary election.

“Also, [Bush] “Are you going to the Gaza border to raise funds? The results could be shocking,” the account told Ronica Moody, Bush’s finance and communications director, according to emails reviewed by The Washington Post.
“Kohli is interested in hosting it in Gaza and is working on plans. Unfortunately, we haven’t yet had the opportunity,” Moody responded four days later, asking if Gaza would be the “theme” of the fundraiser.
Goldstein reportedly responded by suggesting that the fundraiser’s theme might be the “morality” of the Intifada.
“The agenda is structured around finding a final solution to the problem of Zionism,” Goldstein said in an email, without receiving a response from Bush’s team.

AOC easily wins Democratic primary
Bush, who is fighting a tough primary to keep his seat, is one of the most vocal critics of Israel and the war in Congress.
The account has previously claimed to have dug terror tunnels at US universities and deceived New York Congressman Jamaal Bowman and his campaign in April, along with another member of the so-called “Squad”.

“Cori Bush is the perfect example of a ‘hollow’ anti-Semite who has no clue what’s going on with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, but loves to speak out because it gives her an excuse to openly hate Jews,” said Michael, the man behind the account, who declined to give his last name to the New York Post.
Bowman later lost the primary to Westchester County Mayor George Latimer.

Meanwhile, the exchange caught the eye of a real rabbi in Bush’s district, who told the New York Post that Democrats should know better.
“Kori has not researched anything related to Israel and Palestine, and that’s a great shame,” Rabbi Susan Talbe, founding rabbi of the Central Reform Congregation, told the New York Post.
The Bush campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.
