I’m Worried About Biden Being the Commander-in-Chief for the Next Four Months

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-South Carolina, said Sunday on CBS’ “Face the Nation” that he has concerns about President Joe Biden becoming commander in chief after his performance in the debate.

Graham said, “Well, I think most of us are concerned about the impact of this debate about President Biden’s health on our national security. Bernie Sanders’ problem with Biden is that he’s not liberal enough. 70% of Americans think President Biden is mentally and physically incapable of serving as president. 70% of Americans think the country is heading in the wrong direction. The majority of Democrats are worried about Biden winning the election. I’m worried about Biden being commander in chief for the next four months. We have a meeting with NATO in Washington next week. On October 7, Israel was attacked by Hamas. On October 8, President Biden interviewed with the special counsel, who found that he has a bad memory but is a good person and could not convince a jury that he has done nothing wrong. I would like those tapes to be made public. So what I would like to see is for President Biden to undergo cognitive testing.”

He added, “I believe our country is at a turning point. This is the most important election in literally decades, maybe ever. If we want to change our course, we need to get back to President Trump. Policies matter. I am confident that if he becomes president of the United States, we will quickly regain control of our borders and regain energy independence. And he will strengthen our allies and put our adversaries on the backfoot. This is a very dangerous time. I don’t have confidence in President Biden. I like him, but from what I’ve seen, I am very concerned that this man is not capable of serving as commander in chief for another four months.”
