violence?! from when? Whether or not it was meant to be ironic, the long-running TV detective series “Midsomer Murders” certainly does contain scenes of violence.

I’m being sarcastic, of course. Well, it’s worth repeating anyway, and this is why ITVX has issued a content warning on the series: to make sure viewers know that episodes contain “scenes of violence,” “crime scene footage,” “sexual content,” and, in one instance, “traditional dancing which may be upsetting to some viewers” (some morris dancers in blackface, if you’re wondering).
