The toughest questions on “Jeopardy” may not be academic at all.
Last week, contestants Zoe Strathfield, Matt Brooks and Kat Pisacano failed to answer the clue for the $2,000 prize during the “Guest of the Hot Ones” segment of Double Jeopardy.
“On his Adult Swim show, this host ruins his set every time, but in real life he says he takes sedatives. ‘I meditate, I jog, I eat salads,'” host Ken Jennings read along with a photo of the comedian, who they apparently don’t know.
The answer was Eric Andre, the comedian host of the Adult Swim show “The Eric Andre Show” and star of films like “Jackass Forever,” “Rough Night” and “Bad Trip.”

Andre jokingly called out to the contestants: Social media, He shared a clip from the show on Instagram with the caption: “Damn, they left me behind,” along with a laughing emoji and a cricket emoji.
Jeopardy responded to Andre’s post, writing, “This is worse than Bird Up!”, a reference to Bird Up, “the worst show in the history of television,” a recurring show on Andre’s Adult Swim show.
Fans in the comments section tried to encourage Andre, with one writing: “I guess that’s kind of a compliment that it’s your 2000th question.”

“You can really feel Ken’s disappointment,” another person added.
Andre isn’t the first star to be rejected by “Jeopardy’s” smartest contestants.
Last November, in the “Singers of the ’90s” category, the clue read: “The country superstar’s ‘Friends In Low Places’ was named CMA Single of the Year in 1991.”

“Oh!” Jennings responded, stunned by the silence. “We forget that very quickly. That’s Chris Gaines’ alter ego, Garth Brooks.”
Fans went into a frenzy on social media, questioning how the popular singer had gone unnoticed.
