of Social Security Administration (SSA) has arranged for double payments to beneficiaries for August, November and December.
SSA monthly payments are either deposited directly into recipients’ accounts or mailed as checks.
Beneficiaries include retired workers, survivors, and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients.

by SSA Payment ScheduleYou will receive at least three double payments of SSI benefits for the remainder of the year, in August, November, and December.
This happens when your payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, causing your payment to be brought forward by one day, resulting in two SSA deposits in one month.
Your first SSI payment of the month will be paid on August 1. Because that date falls on a Sunday, your payment for that month will be brought forward to Friday, July 30.
A similar situation will occur in November and December, meaning recipients will see two deposits in one month.
