2025 Super Bowl odds, prediction:  Jets closing in on Chiefs

As the calendar turns to August and the season gets ready to get fully underway, it’s training camp week in the NFL.

FanDuel has the Chiefs and 49ers tied as favorites to win the Super Bowl in 2025, each with odds of +600.

But with 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk officially requesting a trade and seeking a new contract, there is some wiggle room.

It’s unclear if he will be traded, but one can assume that San Francisco’s odds will drop slightly if a contract extension doesn’t get done.

Either way, the season is fast approaching, and whether you’re looking to home in for bonus bets or simply want to bet with cash, it’s time to start value hunting for the 2025 NFL season.

2025 Super Bowl Predictions

When it comes to predicting big games next year, it’s hard to argue with the Chiefs, given they’re almost certain to play in the AFC Conference Championship, assuming their health doesn’t ruin their season.

Kansas City should be better this season, but the Bills and Bengals lost key players they had the past two seasons.

Sure, the Chiefs may breeze through the regular season, but their ability to come into their own during the playoffs is legendary and should not be taken lightly.

If you want to expect potential results, you should place the bonus bets you have received in recent weeks.

However, further down the odds board there is another team that looks really intriguing at this price: the New York Jets.

Last year, the Jets had 16/1 odds of winning the Super Bowl after acquiring Aaron Rodgers, but never got to see the move go through.

Since then, we’ve seen that the Jets have one of the fiercest defenses in the NFL, but there are obvious question marks over their coaching.

But when you’re running a team without a quarterback, it’s easy to question the coaching.

A win would solve that problem and Nathaniel Hackett and Robert Saleh could get off to a strong start and become geniuses.

Frankly, the 22/1 odds from BetMGM and BetRivers are very appealing considering the Jets were priced at 16/1 last year and the weakened division looming ahead of them.

The Bills are in salary cap hell and can’t add depth, while the Jets are willing to sacrifice their future to win this year.

They could easily win the AFC East.

Do you bet on the NFL?

The Jets are one of the most talented teams in football, a bargain at this price, and should be worth a gamble in a crowded division.

How you bet will depend on how much risk you are willing to take on with your futures betting portfolio, but these are the two I’ll be keeping an eye on in the preseason.

choose: risk avoidance: Chiefs win Super Bowl (+600, FanDuel/BetRivers) | Risk Tolerance: Jets to win the Super Bowl (22/1, BetMGM/BetRivers)
