Kamala Harris Needs ‘All the Help She Can Get’ to Beat Trump

Lamorne Morris, best known for his roles in TV series Fargo He made his case for Kamala Harris on stage at ABC. Jimmy Kimmel Live He was guest host of the late-night show on Monday.

Launching into a political joke, he said Joe Biden had dropped out of running for reelection, then added that he had “just flopped” rather than dropped out, and began pacing blankly around the stage.

Morris also starred in the series. New Womanbegan his political monologue by attacking Donald Trump and calling him a loser.

“So he’s only lost to Joe Biden once, but he’s losing to lawyers twice a week,” Morris joked, a sarcastic remark aimed at the former president who has faced a long series of legal war attacks from the Joe Biden administration.

But Morris’ main focus as he spoke about the election was urging viewers to vote and campaign for Vice President Kamala Harris, saying she needs “all the help she can get” if she’s going to beat President Trump in November.

Morris seemed to suggest that Harris’ diverse background makes her a good DEI hire, saying, “Kamala Harris is Baptist, but she also attended Hindu services with her mother as a child, and her husband is Jewish. That’s a big deal.”

“Here’s why: She’s going to need all the help she can get to beat Donald Trump,” he continued.

“She’s going to need the help of every god. Yahweh, Allah, Jesus, Oprah, all the great gods,” he joked.

Morris also seemed excited that if Harris becomes the first female president, it would mean the country would have its first “First Man,” rather than a First Lady.

Harris’ husband, Douglas Emhoff, would be the first man to be nominated as “First Man” by a female president, and Morris claimed she thought he was a “good-looking guy.”

“That’s Doug, look at that,” Morris cried, “look at that young pimp, look at that player.”

Morris was last in the news in 2019 when he was arrested in Hollywood for obstructing police while filming the arrest of a friend.

On one occasion, Morris was arrested and yelled at police, “I play a f**king cop on TV and this is how they treat me?”, referring to his TV role.
