Fox News has invited Kamala Harris and Donald Trump to debate.
If both sides agree, the debate is scheduled to take place in Pennsylvania on September 17th.
Fox News has invited Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump to debate in Pennsylvania on Sept. 17, according to a copy of the letter obtained by CNBC.
The invitation came a day after Trump said in a conference call with reporters that he was open to multiple debates with Harris, the new de facto Democratic nominee.
Fox News has tapped political anchors Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum to moderate the debate, and said it is “open to discussions” about the specific terms of the debate, including the date, format, location and whether an audience will be present.

The debate will be a chance for Democrats to redeem themselves after President Joe Biden’s disastrous performance in the June debate.
Donald Trump is calling a debate on Fox News.
As he turns his attacks on Vice President Harris ahead of November, former President Trump has accused ABC of bias against him and called for the second presidential debate to be hosted by a network other than ABC.
“ABC Fake News is a joke and the worst in the business,” Trump wrote on his Truth social platform Monday night. “They’re trying to make Crooked Joe out to be a brave warrior, but he didn’t have the ‘courage’ to fight, so he quit!”
“They then tried to make Sleepy look like a great president, when he was terrible, and made liar Kamala look like she was competent, when she is not. ABC, where George Slopadopolos is based, does not deserve to host a debate, although I would love to see many, many debates!” the former president added.
ABC is currently scheduled to host the second presidential debate on September 10, which was agreed upon by President Trump and President Biden.
