MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace said Thursday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that she believes there is a “hidden male vote in support of a woman’s right to choose.”
Wallace said, “My political theory is based solely on my political intuition. In 2016, many people missed the hidden vote for Trump. In 2024, I believe there is a hidden male vote in support of a woman’s right to choose, a family’s right to resort to IVF, and a family’s right to live with or without children. From my personal experience, what do you think of this theory?”
“Let me give you some statistics that will back up what you’re saying. Certainly, we’re not in 2016 anymore. 20.2 million baby boomers have died since the 2016 election,” said Anthony Scaramucci, a former communications director for the Trump administration.
She added: “I know you feel it, you feel it yourself, as people who have survived the Trump administration. You feel it when you see Trump’s lack of remorse, his doubling down on his claims in testimony, his lashing out at people the way celebrities do – and they’ve been doing it for a million years. You feel it when the misogynistic attacks on him during the campaign and his selection of JD Vance, who believes women should stay in violent, abusive, unhappy marriages.”
