Associated Press Celebrates Trans-Infused Olympics Opening Ceremony as ‘Unprecedented Display of Inclusivity’

After debauchery at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympics, the Associated Press rushed to praise the transgender-inclusive program.

The Associated Press was astonished by the show, created by French gay artist Thomas Joly.

Although the film featured a number of explicitly gay dancers, a number of transgender people and even a dance scene that resembled a bisexual threesome, Jolie was also criticized for her egregious parody of “The Last Supper,” the famous painting that depicts Jesus Christ’s final meeting with his disciples.

Despite widespread criticism of the opening ceremony’s tumultuous dance and fashion program, the Associated Press gave the production plenty of praise.

“In an unprecedented show of inclusivity, drag queens took centre stage at the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics, showcasing the vibrant and influential role of France’s LGBTQ+ community but also drawing criticism for scenes reminiscent of The Last Supper,” the news agency reported. report.

The Associated Press further praised the event, describing it as “an epic four-hour extravaganza featuring global stars, including queer icons Celine Dion and Lady Gaga.”

The news agency also downplayed gay liberty, describing it simply as “a bit of kitsch.”

The transgender-centric fashion show, which featured nearly naked men, numerous drag queens and even young children, was hailed as a “high-octane fashion runway segment.”

The Associated Press also devotes ample space to citing recent articles. RuPaul’s Drag Race Winner Le Philippe was ecstatic about the hour-long initiative on gay “inclusion”.

“I thought it would be a five-minute drag event with queer representation. I was amazed. It started with Lady Gaga, then drag queens, a massive rave, and fire in the sky,” The Associated Press quoted Le Philippe as saying about the event. “It felt like I was being crowned again. I’m proud to see my friends and queer people on the world stage.”

“The (French) government knows what it is doing. They want to present themselves in the best possible light. They have shown no restraint in their expression,” he added.
