Jack Flaherty is widely known to be available before the trade deadline at 6 p.m. ET on Tuesday, and multiple suitors are vying to acquire him.
Jon Heyman and Joel Sherman of The Post reported on Monday The Tigers removed Flaherty from the starting lineup. He is expected to sign a contract on Monday to ensure he is healthy before the deadline on Tuesday, and several teams, including the Yankees, Dodgers and Braves, are believed to be interested in acquiring him.
The price is expected to remain firm and could rise right up until the deadline depending on team negotiations.
According to oddsmakers at DraftKings Sportsbook, the Astros and Dodgers are currently the favorites to acquire Flaherty, followed by “any team” (+350), which is not listed on the oddsboard below.
The equally busy Braves are the No. 4 favorite to acquire Flaherty after just absorbing the hefty salaries of Jorge Soler and Luke Jackson.

The Yankees are a little further away at +900, and according to the Post’s Jon Heyman, they’re also keeping an eye on the Tigers’ other starting pitcher, Cy Young Award candidate Tarik Skubal.
