The events to watch at the Paris Olympics on Thursday, August 8

Starting at 1:35 p.m., seven track and field events will be held, with the men’s 200-meter race at the center.

It will be a blockbuster event for the USA, led by the fastest man in the world, Noah Lyles.

Lyles will be looking to build on the momentum he gained from coming from behind to win gold in the 100m final on Sunday.

Also, keep an eye on the women’s 400m hurdles.

Reigning Olympic champion and world record holder Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone of the United States will be looking to defend her title.

Immediately afterwards, at 3 p.m., the U.S. basketball team, featuring superstars such as LeBron James, Stephen Curry and Joel Embiid, will face off against a Serbian team led by Nikola Jokic.
