The women’s golf competition at the 2024 Olympics is halfway through with 36 holes remaining. The third round will begin early Friday morning around 3 a.m. ET. The full action will be broadcast on Peacock.
All three Team USA players were under par, seven strokes behind leader Morgane Methreau of Switzerland. Nelly Korda and Rose Chan both finished with 2-under 70s, while Lilia Vu finished with 1-over 73.
Two-time Olympic medalist Lydia Ko of New Zealand shot a five-under 67 to move into 10th place and into sole third place.
First-round leader Celine Boutier struggled and dropped down the rankings, the Frenchwoman shooting a four-over 76 to finish in a tie for sixth place at three under par.
