Planned Parenthood was founded by notorious eugenicist Margaret Sanger.

Affects fertilityThe drugs were reported to be available in around 450 family planning associations and provided to at least 40,000 patients in 2023 alone, of whom around 40% were aged between 18 and 22 years.
In recent years, many victims of the sex-change program have filed lawsuits against the medical professionals who mutilated and sterilized them.
Luca Hein filed a lawsuit last year against the University of Nebraska Medical Center and numerous UNMC medical staff, alleging that they violated state consumer protection laws by making “misleading statements and false claims” about gender reassignment surgery.
For apparently the first time, a detransitioner has taken legal action against Planned Parenthood.
According to her
Medical Malpractice Lawsuits Christina Heinman’s lawsuit, filed earlier this year, says it is “an example of a growing number of young people who have become victims of so-called ‘gender reassignment care,’ in which a person’s desired gender identity is immediately and no questions asked ‘affirmed’, regardless of the underlying reasons for such a desire and without a mental health evaluation.”
Although he suffered from a then-undiagnosed autism as a young man, Heinman “never felt uncomfortable with my gender or wanted to be another gender,” but after he started public school and was immersed in propaganda about “gender identity,” he became obsessed with the idea that he might be “non-binary,” or a man trapped in a woman’s body.
“It was a medical version of normal teenage rebellion,” Heinman told the Free Press, “and I was totally drawn into it.”
“Part of my body is missing.”
Heinman, now 20, claims that her immersion in gender ideology has also led to her suffering from “anxiety disorders, severe depression, social exclusion disorder, self-harm and passive suicidal thoughts.”
These mental health issues have been exacerbated by the COVID-19 lockdown.
Facing opposition and skepticism from her parents, Heinman waited until her 18th birthday in 2021 to make an appointment with Planned Parenthood of Upper Hudson to begin the process of medically treating her mental illness, according to the Free Press.
According to Heineman’s lawsuit, he was prescribed testosterone gel after just a 30-minute consultation, even though he had decided to identify as a man only days prior.
Planned Parenthood doctors continued to prescribe testosterone to Christina for over a year without question, and in fact increased her dosage at her request, not based on their own clinical judgment.
Some of the effects of testosterone on women who try to pass as men include:
Emotional instability; Decreased fertilitydeepening of the voice; liver problems; cancerDiabetes, cessation of menstruation, acne, facial hair growth, weight gain, fatigue, cramps, dizziness.
Planned Parenthood allegedly failed to request or require Heinman’s prior medical or mental health records before she began the life-changing hormone treatment.
Heinman then had her healthy breast removed “with the encouragement of mental health professionals.”
After undergoing a double mastectomy, she realized she’d made a terrible mistake.
“She experienced deep remorse and realized that her gender transition had exacerbated rather than resolved her mental health issues, and that the surgery and hormone therapy had not made her a man,” the lawsuit states.
“I wanted a flat chest, but I didn’t realize that it wasn’t just about having a man’s chest,” Heinman says.
said Independent Women’s Forum. “You become numb and so cramped all the time that you can’t feel anything. In fact, you can’t feel anything.”
Shortly after her elective surgery, she found herself seeing beautiful women on television and missing their femininity.
“I realized this should never have happened,” Heinman said. “Parts of my body are missing.”
Heinman soon stopped taking testosterone and began the transition process. Without Planned Parenthood’s interference, and once her natural hormones had kicked in, she realized she wanted to have children. Now she couldn’t breastfeed them.
After she first stopped transitioning, Heinman said she went back to Planned Parenthood looking for answers.
“I wanted to know what was going to happen to my body. [the nurse with whom she had the initial consult] “I had no idea,” Heinman said. “She kept saying, ‘Everyone is different. There’s no way to know.'”
“That’s when I realized, ‘This woman doesn’t even know what she’s talking about.’ I don’t understand how my consent was informed when the person who prescribed me the medication doesn’t even know what would happen if I stopped taking it, and there’s no way I could know,” Heinman added.
Heineman is seeking unspecified damages from Planned Parenthood and other medical providers involved in her sex-reassignment surgery for negligence and failure to obtain informed consent.
The Independent Women’s Forum noted that Planned Parenthood did not respond to a request for comment, but in court documents denied Heinman’s allegations.
“She was a 19-year-old who was arrested for sexual assault and assault by a juvenile delinquent,” said Campbell Miller Payne, the Texas law firm that handled her case.
“She, like so many other vulnerable and suffering girls and young women, sought help for her mental health issues, but was instead recklessly led down a path of medicalization that began with cross-sex hormones and sadly culminated in a double mastectomy of her healthy breasts. We are honored to represent her in holding Planned Parenthood and others accountable for the harm they have caused and continue to cause.
“I don’t want this to happen to young people like me, young people with mental illnesses, struggling to find their identity,” Heinman said.
