Gwen Stefani announced that she had to cancel a planned concert due to an unnamed “recent injury.”
The 54-year-old singer told fans on her Instagram Story on Saturday that she won’t be able to take the stage at her tour’s scheduled stop in Atlantic City, New Jersey, next weekend.
“Due to a recent injury, and after consulting with my doctor, I have been advised that I will not be able to perform at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena in Atlantic City on August 17th,” the “Hollaback Girl” hitmaker wrote over a black background.
Stephanie continued, “I am truly sorry and will be rescheduling the show as soon as possible.”

“Ticketmaster will email ticket holders as soon as new dates are announced, and current tickets will remain valid for the new dates,” she added.

According to Stefani’s website, she has three additional tour dates planned by the end of the year.
The three-time Grammy Award-winning artist will perform at the iHeart Radio Music Festival 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 20, the South Star Music Festival in Huntsville, Alabama on September 28 and Live Out Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico on October 12.

Stefani recently teamed up with OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder and singer-songwriter Anderson .Paak to create “Hello World,” the official song of Coca-Cola and the International Olympic Committee for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Tedder wrote and produced the song, which is sung by Stefani and Paak. “Hello World” was released on July 25, the day before the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics.

“We are thrilled to partner with Coca-Cola and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to officially launch Hello World for Paris 2024,” Stefani said in a statement to People magazine.
“We hope ‘Hello World’ inspires positivity as the world comes together to celebrate the Olympics,” she added.

On July 28, Stefani celebrated the collaboration on Instagram, posting a video of her and Park dancing and embracing each other while performing “Hello World” in front of the Olympic Rings.
“So honored to collaborate with @anderson._paak and @ryantedder on ‘Hello World’ for the Olympics,” she wrote in the caption. “Stream it now 🙂 gx.”
Stefani will also return as a coach on the popular singing competition series “The Voice” alongside pals Snoop Dogg, Reba McEntire and Michael Bublé.
