Corey Lewandowski, who served as President Trump’s campaign chairman in 2016, has attracted attention as a new member who has been invited back to President Trump’s election campaign for the 2024 presidential election.

“We continue to add to our great campaign team as we enter the final stages of the campaign,” Trump campaign managers Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita said.

Lewandowski will join the Republican presidential campaign as a new senior adviser.

In addition to Lewandowski, Trump will also hire Alex Pfeiffer, former communications director for the super PAC MAGA Inc., Tim Murtaugh, communications director for Trump’s 2020 campaign, and Alex Brusewitz, a conservative political consultant and longtime ally.

“Corey Lewandowski, Taylor Budowicz, Alex Pfeiffer, Alex Brusewitz and Tim Murtaugh are all veterans of past Trump campaigns and their unparalleled experience will aid President Trump in his prosecution of Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, the most radical candidates in American history,” Wiles and LaCivita continued.

Lewandowski announced his return to the current Trump campaign in a post on Twitter.

“Who wouldn’t be excited to help get this man elected?,” Lewandowski wrote. “I’ve been with President @realDonaldTrump since day one, worked for him in 2016 and 2020, and am thrilled to be returning to the campaign team to deliver a victory in 2024.”

“81 days left — Trump will stay Trump!” Lewandowski continued.
