BMW Championship payout: How much did Keegan Bradley, the field win

Keegan Bradley, the newly named U.S. Ryder Cup captain, won his seventh PGA TOUR title at the BMW Championship on Sunday, the second time he has won the event in his career.

Bradley entered this week ranked 50th and was at the back of the field, not sure if he would be able to play in Colorado, but he did.

A week later, he won $3.6 million and 2,000 FedEx Cup points. The 38-year-old shot par to finish 12th overall, beating three players who finished at 11 under par.

He went from 50th to fourth in the FedEx Cup standings. The New England native was desperate to get to Atlanta to prove he deserved a spot on the Presidents Cup team and maybe next year’s Ryder Cup team as a playing captain. Bradley did what he set out to do. It meant a lot to him.

Sam Burns, Ludvig Oberg and Adam Scott tied for second place for $1,503,333.38, which earned Scott a place in the top 30 heading to Atlanta.
