Malaysian rescue authorities are still searching for a 48-year-old Indian tourist who went missing about 26 feet below the sinkhole that opened on Friday, the New York Post reported.

The video shows the female tourist casually walking down a street when the ground suddenly cracks and she falls into the expanding sinkhole. Authorities said Lakshmi arrived in Malaysia two months ago on holiday with her husband and friends, The New York Post reported. She was due to return to India on Sunday, the paper reported.
According to the New York Post, searchers have only found the tourist's shoes. They are reportedly using ground-penetrating radar in their search. Rescuers are also combing the sewer system for tourists, using water jets to remove debris, the paper said.
Authorities discovered a second sinkhole about 50 metres away from the one the woman fell into, Malay Mail reported. ReportedAuthorities have reportedly sealed off the area and banned vehicle traffic. The second sinkhole is believed to have been formed by heavy rain and storms on Tuesday night, the media reported.
