The link leads to the Eagles' Vote webpage, which displays past spring voting deadlines for the Pennsylvania and New Jersey primaries. It also provides polling place addresses, instructions for registering to vote and helpful resources for first-time voters.

According to CBS News PhiladelphiaMatt Cassidy, a spokesman for the Philadelphia Department of Transportation Infrastructure Systems, said the posters are being investigated as vandalism-related, and that the ads were posted illegally and the city is working closely with advertising company Intersection to have them removed by Tuesday.

Intersection has notified the city's Office of Transportation Infrastructure Systems (OTIS) that it will be conducting a full inventory of all bus stops tomorrow and removing the illegal posters. The City has a process to review all bus stop advertising, which again is not digital advertising,” the city said in a statement to reporters.
Some social media users have claimed the banner is a work of left-wing art. Artist Winston TsengTseng, the artist credited with creating the Eagles poster, is currently CBS News Philadelphia to verify that claim.
