Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz Jr. identifying NFL teams is tremendous content

With the 2024 NFL season just around the corner, fans around the world are preparing for the return of football.

This includes friends of the Ferrari F1 team.

The team shared a video on social media of drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz Jr. performing a test asking them to distinguish between real and fictional NFL teams. The video was filmed ahead of Leclerc's dramatic win at last weekend's Italian Grand Prix.

As you can see, both drivers started well but then things started to go wrong.

To their credit, they made it clear that the “New York Bagels” were a fictional NFL team, and were quick to acknowledge that the Dallas Cowboys were an actual NFL franchise.

I wonder how confident they are with the “Denver Mustangs” and whether our dear friend JP Acosta was hurt that both drivers called the Jacksonville Jaguars a fake franchise.

But it may confirm JP's decision at the start of the season to become a McLaren fan.
