The Biden administration has never liked political dissidents, and RFK Jr. is living proof of that.
“Thirty-seven hours after he was sworn in, President Biden's White House opened a portal that allowed the FBI to access social media posts on any social media site,” RFK explained in an interview with Tucker Carlson.
“Then the FBI brought in the CIA, DHS, IRS, and CISA, the new centerpiece of the censorship-industrial complex, responsible for making sure people don't hear what the government doesn't want them to hear.”
These agencies, as well as agencies such as the CDC, were given access to social media sites to modify posts or shadowban users.
“I lost my Instagram account. I had almost a million followers. They say it was due to 'misinformation,' but they couldn't point out a single post I made that was factually incorrect,” RFK explained.
The emails record Facebook firing back, saying RFK wasn't factually wrong and they would have to come up with new words to describe RFK's actions.
“Disinformation is information that is factually true but inconvenient for the government,” he said, to which Tucker replied, “That's illegal.”
“The White House has openly communicated that if they don't comply, their Section 230 immunity will be jeopardized,” RFK added.
Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report isn't surprised, but he's worried.
“It's important to note that even if RFK Jr. has a million followers on Instagram and is sharing false information, it's not illegal,” Rubin said.
“That would be a violation of the First Amendment,” he added.
