“He's a great guy,” said NFL legend Brett Favre, who Rodgers helped succeed with the Green Bay Packers. TMZ Sports In an interview published Monday, he said he expects the NFL star to continue to perform as well as he has in the past.

“I've said this every time anybody asks me: Say what you want about Aaron, but he's hands down the best playmaker in the game right now,” Favre said. “He can make, for lack of a better word, chicken salad out of chicken shit in no time.”

Favre said there's “no reason” the Jets can't contend for the AFC Championship if Rodgers is healthy and the defense is solid.
