Before the Cowboys-Saints game on Sunday, the heavyweights met at the 50-yard line.
Future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady shook hands and shared a hug with legendary boxer Mike Tyson atop Dallas Cowboys' AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, where the seven-time Super Bowl champion is calling his second NFL game as a commentator for FOX.
The two spoke in a group that also included Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Saints owner Gayle Benson.
Brady then jokingly criticized Tyson about his upcoming bout with YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul.
“Are you a little scared?” the 47-year-old legendary quarterback asked.
“You should,” Tyson, 58, replied with a chuckle.
After some more conversation and photos, Tyson met up with Paul, who was also at the game and wearing Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons' No. 11 jersey.
Tyson and Paul are scheduled to fight on Friday, November 15th at AT&T Stadium.
The highly anticipated fight was originally scheduled for July 20 but was postponed to May after Tyson suffered a recurrence of an ulcer while on a plane.
“My body is in the best shape it has been since the 1990s and I plan to return to my normal training schedule soon,” Tyson said in a statement at the time.
“Jake Paul, this may have bought me some time, but in the end I will be knocked out and banned from boxing forever. I appreciate everyone's patience and can't wait to put on an unforgettable performance later this year.”
Brady made his highly anticipated broadcast debut last week in the Cowboys' season-opening win over the Browns and returned to the broadcast booth alongside Kevin Burkhart on Sunday.
