Taylor Swift's recent endorsement of Kamala Harris may have been cheered by many of her most ardent fans, but some Swift fans are speaking out against it.
One fan, Mary Logan Miske, wrote a beautiful open letter expressing her dismay at Swift's support of radical pro-abortion politicians like Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
In her letter, Miske revealed that her mother became pregnant with her when she was just 22 and pressured her to have an abortion. Of course, she chose to live.
“You see, if my mother hadn't chosen to live, I could have been one of the bright lights missing from your nine concerts,” Miske wrote, before focusing on “doing my own research,” which Swift claims is what led to her decision.
“If you did your research, did you know that Walz signed the 'Reproductive Options Protection Act,' which is abortion-speak that legalizes and codifies abortion for any reason within nine months, and gives no protections to babies who survive an abortion,” the disgruntled fan explained.
“Taylor, at best you haven't actually done your research, and at worst you're embracing and celebrating one of the greatest evils of our time. I hope it's the former,” she continued.
Pat Gray of Pat Gray Unleashed was deeply moved by this young woman's testimony.
“This is fantastic,” Gray says. “In fact, this could be the basis for a commercial for Preborn, who do such great work to empower women who are facing abortions.”
“I hope she reads the letter,” Keith Marinak added.
