Snitch rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine has been sued by his ex-girlfriend for allegedly physically and sexually abusing her, as well as maliciously sharing her intimate photos online after they split.
The troubled musician's ex-girlfriend, Georgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz, also claims he drugged and abused her and stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from her to fund his own lavish lifestyle. According to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Diaz claimed the rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, forced her to undergo cosmetic surgery against her will.
The 22-year-old Dominican rapper, who goes professionally under the name Yairin La Mas Viral, is seeking $1 million in damages from Hernandez and is asking the court to stop him from sharing any more photos of her.
Diaz said he ended the toxic relationship in August after learning of Hernandez's alleged theft and fraud.
In retaliation, he posted sexually explicit photos and videos of her on X-App without her consent. The posts have since been removed, but Diaz claims she is still suffering from the pain.
The 28-year-old “Fefe” singer denied the allegations and said she was only helping Diaz when he was in financial difficulty, and was shocked when he claimed she had stolen from him.
“All that jewelry is mine…the car she drives I bought her…the Penthouse shoes [sic] “She arrived in the Dominican Republic, where I bought her. I took care of her family, her daughter. She had a two-month-old baby when I met her. I got diapers and food for them,” he told TMZ.
Their volatile relationship has led to numerous news headlines, including an arrest.
In December, Diaz Hernandez arrested at his Florida home It happened after a domestic dispute, and the video shows her crying, slamming the rapper's phone down and berating him in Spanish for looking at another woman's buttocks.
The following month, Hernandez and Diaz were arrested in the Dominican Republic after a fistfight in which video shows Hernandez lunging at Diaz, who then punched back.
The lawsuit is just the latest legal trouble for the rapper.
