Another abandoned multi-million dollar home in the Hollywood Hills has been taken over by squatters and is becoming an eyesore for neighbors.
The neighbors say FOX 11 Los Angeles The house on Mulholland Road had been vacant for several years.
This is the second property in the Hollywood Hills to be taken over by squatters.
Another house on Sunset Boulevard was also taken over by graffiti thugs, who vandalized the house and covered the walls and windows in graffiti.

The abandoned mansion at the corner of Multiview and Mulholland, near the Universal City Overlook, is considered a safety hazard by neighbors.
“Every time we call, the police come, they clear it out, and then within an hour or two, five more people are there and stay the night,” one unidentified neighbor told ABC 7 News.
The same neighbor told ABC 7 News the abandoned mansion has become a hotbed of crime.
“Apparently, squatters came in and actually attacked one of our neighbors with rebar and beer bottles,” a neighbor said.
“Professional” squatters move from house to house and maintain state-by-state knowledge of the laws.

A Philadelphia Phillies spokesperson confirmed to Fox News Digital that both homes are owned by film producer John Powers Middleton, the son of Philadelphia Phillies owner John S. Middleton.
“The California properties are owned by John Powers Middleton. No other members of the Middleton family have any ownership, investment, control or involvement in these properties,” the spokesperson said.

The Middleton brothers are best known for their performances in the films Oldboy (2013) and Manchester by the Sea (2016).
Los Angeles City Council Member Nithya Raman told Fox News Digital that she is closely monitoring both homes and working with the LAPD to address issues within both properties.
“My office has been in close contact with the Los Angeles Police Department and the Department of Building and Safety regarding the current situation at both properties, 7571 Mulholland Drive and 1754 N. Sunset Plaza Drive. Both properties are owned by the same individual, who is committing serious violations of the law,” Raman said in a statement.
“We have reported the matter to the Building Safety Authority's Derelict Buildings Unit so that maximum enforcement can be implemented urgently and swiftly. DBS are at both sites to investigate, assess and install safety measures,” she added.

Raman said neither situation is being taken lightly and the city is working to combat the issues.
“This is a public safety issue that has serious implications for both the neighbors and the surrounding area. Irresponsible property owners must take responsibility for their properties or face action from the city,” Raman added.
Los Angeles police evacuated people from the home on Mulholland Boulevard and placed a security guard over the house, and police also installed a chain-link fence to keep out unwanted visitors.
