Kamala Harris recently appeared with Oprah Winfrey armed with a fake laugh and a laundry list of tiresome clichés.
Dave Rubin plays a clip of a scene from the show that's so bad he jokes that you might “sniff glue or a Sharpie” before watching it.
“We love this country. I love this country. I know we all do. That's why we're all here. We love this country. We're proud of the privilege of being Americans. And now is a time when we can and must come together as Americans, understand that we have so much more in common than what divides us. Let's come together in the character we're proud of – that we're an optimistic people,” Harris rambled on in her usual melodramatic tones. Even Oprah looked skeptical.
Not only are Harris' words completely “nonsense,” they are untrue in a number of ways.
First, Democrats especially don't love our country, and they prove it every day by constantly telling us that the 1619 Project is real and that America is an evil colonialist nation, and by forcing “white supremacy” on us.
“When are you going to see a Democrat holding an American flag? It's pretty rare,” Dave said. “How can you be proud of a white supremacist country that was built on racism and slavery?”
Furthermore, Kamala’s suggestion that “we just need to come together” is easily proven false, given that her entire platform is based on the idea that her political opponent is “Fascist Hitler” and that “all of his supporters are white supremacists.”
Dave also said he has no interest in working with a party that is the polar opposite of everything he believes.
“I don't particularly want to unite with these people. I have nothing in common with these people, and in fact there is no need to unite with these people because the United States was founded to have 50 separate states that can largely govern themselves outside of the federal government,” he says.
“If they want crazy laws, crime, drugs and brainwashing of children, well, they can get it.”
Surprisingly, Kamala's sentimental “let's come together” speech wasn't the worst part of her interview with Oprah.
When she touched on the topic of guns, she said, “If someone goes on a shooting spree… [her] When we heard, “The house is being shot at,” we were disgusted.
And the annoyance increased tenfold when she said “Maybe I shouldn't have said that, but the staff will deal with it later.”
