Two of the NFL's best teams will go head-to-head in the Motor City.
On Monday, September 30th, Dan Campbell's 2-1 Detroit Lions will take on Mike McDonald's 3-0 Seattle Seahawks at Ford Field.
Coming into this crucial Week 4 showdown, the local team was celebrating a narrow 20-13 win over the surprisingly competitive Arizona Cardinals, in which Jared Goff completed 18 of 23 passes for 199 yards and one touchdown while David Montgomery led the way running for 105 yards and one touchdown.
“You're here to work.” Campbell He told his team after the game: “That was the best game we've ever played. It was one of those gritty, no-glory type games you have to play.”
Meanwhile, the Geno Smith-led Seahawks beat the Miami Dolphins 24-3. Zach Charbonnet and DK Metcalf carried most of the team's offense, scoring three touchdowns between them.
The Lions and Seahawks will be playing stronger opponents than each other, and Jared Goff and company will need all the help they can muster from the fans at Ford Field on Monday.
