Damn! Shots fired!
Acrisure Stadium, the home of the Pittsburgh Steelers, doesn’t appear to be very popular with some players in the NFL.
The Athletic conducted a poll that shows multiple NFL players complaining about Pittsburgh and explaining why they don’t like visiting there. (RELATED: Davante Adams Requests Trade From Las Vegas Raiders In Bombshell Development: REPORT)
“I would say Pittsburgh, because it smells like piss in their locker room,” stated one player, anonymously, in the poll.
“Even though it’s my vibe: tough. It’s just always gray and sh*tty weather there,” said another unnamed player.
Despite the Steelers getting the harshest words, however, players actually didn’t have Pittsburgh as the lowest rated road trip — that honor belongs to the Green Bay Packers, who landed 16.8% of the votes to put their Lambeau Field as the worst stadium to visit.

I’ve been to the Steelers‘ stadium before when it was known as Heinz Field; I personally never had any problems or complaints, but I’ve never been inside the locker room either.
With that being said, I understand the “always gray and sh*tty weather” comment, but that’s just a Pennsylvania thing when we get to the fall and winter — especially the winter. I didn’t think that was anything to run your mouth about, though, especially with how the culture is poppin’ in the Burgh.
I’m honestly a little surprised at this player’s evaluation, and now i’m curious as to who exactly said it and what team they’re on.
