‘You Better F*cking Run’: Kesha Threatens To Shake Down The Dark Secrets Of The Music Industry

Kesha threatened to expose people with “deep dark secrets” in the music industry in an interview with Elle published Thursday.

The famous singer recently ended her relationship with her former manager Dr. Luke after a long legal battle and has renewed her feelings. She then founded her own label called Kesha Records and releases her own music. She didn't mince words about her experience. “The music industry should be scared of me,” Kesha said. Elle. “Because I'm trying to make some big moves to change this shit. I really want to take it apart piece by piece and shine a light on every nook and cranny.”

“I hope my legacy is to ensure that nothing like this ever happens to anyone again,” Kesha said.

Kesha has gained a new perspective since gaining complete autonomy regarding her future music and recordings. She has released a new hit single titled “Joyride” and is working on a full album. The famous singer said he has a 10-year plan to shake up the industry, but it seems nothing is off-limits.

She said she is working on a new digital platform that prioritizes artist safety.

“I don't think you can create if you don't feel safe,” she told the magazine.

“The old guard, they are falling. The old way of doing everything in secret has no future,” she said.

Kesha ended her contract with Dr. Luke following a 2023 settlement of a long-running civil lawsuit against the producer. She accused him of inflicting emotional distress, sexual harassment and assault. Luke denied the claims and the two agreed to end the feud with no wrongdoing.
