Ripon, Wis. – Vice President Kamala Harris teamed up with the city's most visible anti-Trump Republicans on Thursday in her effort to woo disgruntled Republicans in the battle with former President Trump for the White House. claimed to have done so. It is the birthplace of the Republican Party.
