Former President Trump lashed out at former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), who appeared on the campaign trail for the first time alongside Vice President Harris, early Friday morning, calling her a “low IQ war hawk.”
President Trump: “Liz Cheney lost her seat by the largest margin in the history of Congress for a sitting member of Congress.'' I wrote In a post on Truth Social. “The people of Wyoming are really smart!”

The former president also criticized Mr. Cheney's father, former Vice President Dick Cheney, undermining his foreign policy decisions and suggesting that the Cheney family is not wanted in today's Republican Party. His comments come after both men announced last month that they would vote for Harris.
“Her father Dick was the leader of our ridiculous trip to the Middle East, where trillions of dollars were spent and millions of people were killed. And for what? Nothing. No,” Trump said of the older Cheney, who confirmed in early September that he would support Harris in the 2024 White House race.
“Today these two idiots endorsed the most liberal senator in the US Senate, the liar Kamala Harris, who is even more left-wing than Pocahontas or Crazy Bernie Sanders, because the Republican Party doesn’t want them anymore. ” he continued. “What a pathetic couple. They both suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome. Good luck to both of you!!!”
Liz Cheney, a vocal critic of President Trump, joined Democratic candidates in Wisconsin on Thursday, telling attendees in Ripon, Wisconsin, known as the birthplace of the Republican Party, to follow her lead and enter the political arena in November. He called on them to go above and beyond.
“While we may differ on some points, we are united by what is more important to us as Americans than anything else: our obligation to our Constitution and our obligation to this great nation.” our belief in the miracles and blessings of the future,'' Cheney said during a campaign event.
“We ask you to stand in truth, reject the depravity and brutality of Donald Trump, and instead help elect Kamala Harris as president,” she added.
Trump, who has sparred with Cheney numerous times since she appeared before the House committee investigating the riot at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, appeared before his campaign event on Thursday. He also attacked former Republican leaders in an interview with Fox News.
“Well, Liz Cheney lost in Congress,” President Trump told the outlet Thursday afternoon before canvassing voters in Saginaw, Michigan. “She's been terrible. Liz Cheney is a stupid hawk. All she wants to do is shoot missiles at people. I think it's really hurtful — frankly, they're hurting each other.” I think it's very bad, both of you.”
Harris has sought to appease some disgruntled Republicans during her campaign. In August, Republicans for Harris was launched, led by former Representative Adam Kinzinger of Illinois and Georgia Lieutenant Governor Jeff Duncan.
“We're not going to agree on every issue, but we're going to get back to a healthy two-party system, and I'm confident that there will be vigorous debate,” Harris said Thursday. he said.
“We both love our country and respect the ideals of the Democratic Party,” she continued. “And we both believe in the nobility of public service. And we both know that our oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States is a sacred oath.”
