A wild video shows Frontier Airlines passengers claiming they are the “sovereign” and “of this entire damn country” amid confusion over a pilot who refused to turn back to retrieve his cell phone from the airport. He is seen strangely claiming to be the president.
The unidentified female passenger went on an expletive-laden tirade as the plane was preparing to take off from San Diego to Las Vegas, according to a viral video. Posted on TikTok on sunday.
The fellow passenger who filmed the story claimed that the woman went “crazy” towards the flight attendants after realizing she had left her phone in the gate area.
“If I was white and wearing a suit, you would stop the plane,” an enraged woman can be heard shouting at the flight attendant. “Smile, I'm the president of this damn country. Watch the fucking TV news.”
“Yes, I have to get off this plane. And let me be clear: never again will you ever antagonize anyone because of the color of their skin,” she continued, but why should you choose your race? There was no explanation as to whether it was related.
In the video, the woman, who said she had been a Frontier customer for eight years, suggested the pilot had given enough warning to turn back.
“I had plenty of time,” she said at one point.
“Don't say you had enough to stop, tell the pilot not to go. You just let him out of the bay. I saw it out the window. That's what was in my mind. I know that.”

After demanding the flight attendant's name, the woman appeared to direct her anger at her fellow passengers, saying: “Keep laughing and see what happens. It'll expire like a watch battery.”
Elsewhere in the 90-second video, the woman is filmed making a number of other bizarre statements, including that she is “recognized as sovereign here in our government.” It also included statements.
“I own seven continents,” she said.
The video, captioned “Lady goes crazy on Frontier flight,” had been viewed well over 400,000 times by early Monday morning.
It was not immediately clear whether the woman remained on the plane or whether her antics delayed the plane.
The newspaper contacted Frontier Airlines, but there was no immediate response.
