Nick Jonas was shot directly at by a laser during a concert in Prague on Tuesday night, forcing him to flee for safety.

In a video obtained by Fox News Digital, Jonas was seated behind a piano on stage, then suddenly stood up and made a “time out” motion, using the widely known ASL sign.

The 32-year-old singer took a break as he continued signing autographs, then ran down the stairs and continued through the driveway between two barriers of fans.

Jonas and his brothers Kevin and Joe are currently on the “Jonas Brothers World Tour'' with five albums under their belt. According to social media reports, Kevin and Joe left the stage shortly after their brother.

This was revealed by the O2 Arena, the concert venue in Prague where the men performed. To variety It is said that it was the laser that prompted the escape on stage. “We can confirm that the Jonas Brothers' performance had to be interrupted for several minutes because the individual used a prohibited laser pointer,” a spokesperson told the outlet. “The organizers acknowledged this fact. Fans online were appalled by the situation, with many commenting that musicians did not need to worry about safety concerns during performances.

“This is horrible…and could have dire consequences so please stop complaining about artists having to cancel their shows,” one user wrote to X.

“He's so scared. It's heartbreaking. He's a father and a husband first. People need to be more careful,” one person lamented.

Jonas is married to actress Priyanka Chopra, and the couple have a two-year-old daughter, Marti Marie.

Unfortunately for Jonas, this isn't the first time he's had problems on stage. Last year, during a concert in Boston, he awkwardly fell into a hole while performing. He quickly stood up and continued speaking, clearly surprised.

The brothers are scheduled to play tonight in Krakow, Poland.
