Kamala Harris has so far kept her unscripted interactions with the fourth royal family to a minimum. In the few instances in which Ms. Harris has actually given interviews as a presidential candidate, most have been with friendly voices in sympathetic networks. CBS News and others had apparently heavily edited the footage to make her seem more consistent.

In between breaks, Baier noted that the Biden-Harris administration has dismantled Trump-era policies that secure the border and prevent the release of illegal immigrants into the United States.
Harris responded by listing a number of unrelated initiatives that she and Biden pushed through during their time in office, and suggested they also pushed for “legislation to fix our immigration system.”
Baier said he wasn't buying what Harris was touting, noting that the vice president was referring to the U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021. The bills failed despite a trifecta of federal Democratic victories, and both would have provided a path to citizenship for tens of millions of people.
