When police arrived, she tried to downplay what happened and claimed everything was fine before admitting that she had gotten into an argument with her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund.
“I tried to question her further and found that Chelsea was not being honest at all. This was a repeat of what happened a few weeks ago when I was at her home with a similar incident. ” police wrote in the report.
Upon further investigation, officers found a meth pipe with residue inside.
When police arrested Chelsea and searched her baby son Atlas, they allegedly found a box containing hypodermic needles in the child's room.
Chelsea admitted to having something inside her bra, which police say was a vial-shaped container and a clear plastic bag containing white pills.
“The black vial contained a white crystal-like substance, which is known to be a stimulant,” the report said.
Police alleged Chelsea was in possession of 18 grams of methamphetamine.
Authorities said rotten food and dirty, moldy dishes were scattered throughout the scene.
