Watson went down on a non-contact play and had to be carted off the field. There is speculation that Watson ruptured his Achilles tendon, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
The Browns ruled Watson out of the game and confirmed it was an Achilles tendon injury.

Dorian Thompson-Robinson replaced Watson as quarterback. Jameis Winston is the third quarterback on the depth chart this week.
The Cleveland Browns' deal to bring in Watson and give him a fully guaranteed contract is unsurprisingly one of the worst moves in NFL history. Watson has somehow retained the starting job despite his abysmal performance so far this season.
The Browns are still 1-5 to start the season. It's hard to imagine a quarterback worse than the ones we've had.
