Sutton Foster files for divorce from husband Ted Griffin

Sutton Foster has filed for divorce from her husband, screenwriter Ted Griffin, after nearly 10 years of marriage.

The “Younger” actress, 49, filed for an uncontested divorce in New York County Supreme Court on Tuesday, according to court documents obtained by the newspaper.

The split looks like this Page 6 reported Foster plans to continue dating X-Men star Hugh Jackman, whom she met while co-starring in Broadway's The Music Man, from 2021 to 2023.

“They are 100 percent together, in love and want to spend the rest of their lives together,” a source told the outlet.

Foster and Griffin, 53, married in October 2014.

Foster has an adopted daughter, Emily, 7, with Griffin.

The newspaper has contacted representatives for Foster and Griffin for comment.

Sources claimed Foster and Jackman, 56, are still keeping their relationship a secret.

“They're trying to hide it, but it's a known fact,” the insider said.

The newspaper has contacted Jackman's representatives for comment.

Foster and Griffin's romance began more than a decade ago after her divorce from her first husband, actor and singer Christian Borle, to whom she was married from 2006 to 2009.

The Tony Award winner became engaged to Griffin in August 2013, and they tied the knot the following year in a private ceremony in Santa Barbara, California.

Foster chose her wedding dress on TLC's “Say Yes to the Dress.”

Griffin has written screenplays for films such as “Ocean's Eleven'' and “Rumor Has It.''

In April 2017, the former couple announced that they had adopted a daughter, Emily.

Jackman and Furness have two adopted children, son Oscar (24) and daughter Eva (19).
