Hunter Biden is scheduled to appear in court for his Dec. 4 sentencing date.
The president's son also faces a 9-year-old Feesix misdemeanors and three felonies for allegedly failing to pay at least $1.4 million in taxes. He pleaded guilty to all charges at a hearing on September 5th.
